Basic Internet Service a la carte is ideal for someone looking for basic high speed internet service. It includes 250 MB/day of Priority Bandwidth delivered over the trademark Volo connection, with a static public IP address and built-in DHCP and NAT router/firewall.

What does 250 MB/day mean to you? The Basic Service includes, based on our experience, enough bandwidth for most families or small businesses (up to 5 users). For example, you would have to click on a new website every 10 seconds for the entire day to use up that amount of bandwidth through web surfing alone. Other usage (particularly, downloading large amounts of music or downloading full-length movies) can use that bandwidth up quickly. If you regularly transfer more than 250 MB/day, additional 250MB/day blocks of priority bandwidth can be added to the service for $10/mo each.

The setup fee includes a standard antenna mount, optional grounding kit, cable (run up to 100 ft to a suitable entry point), installation of a wall jack immediately after the cable entry, and set up and testing of Volo equipment at the customer site. Technicians can accomodate custom mounting needs, additional wire runs, installation of networking equipment, and set up of customer equipment on a time+materials basis. Please let us know in advance if any extra services or equipment will be required. All outside electronic and radio equipment remains the property of Volo Broadband.
